This industrial facility needed more than a one-time install — they needed their concrete floors to keep performing under constant traffic. We built a recurring maintenance program tailored to their space, traffic levels, and budget.

Scope of Work

Our program covers scheduled floor cleaning and upkeep, re-polishing and burnishing of high-traffic zones to restore gloss, reapplication of lithium densifier to re-harden worn surfaces, and anti-slip treatments in wet and high-traffic areas.

Challenges & Solutions

Work had to happen around active operations with minimal disruption. We scheduled maintenance during off-hours and phased the work zone by zone so the facility never had to fully shut down.

Results

The floors stay bright, safe, and durable between service visits — extending their life, reducing long-term replacement costs, and keeping the facility presentable for staff and clients.
